Job Title: OT Technician (Plastic Surgery OT)

Experience: 3–10 Years
Location: Ring Road, Lajpat Nagar

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced OT Technicians with significant exposure to Plastic Surgery procedures. The candidate will support surgeons and OT teams to ensure smooth execution of cosmetic and reconstructive surgeries.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain OT for plastic and cosmetic surgery procedures.
• Assist surgeons during reconstructive, cosmetic, and aesthetic surgeries.
• Ensure readiness of surgical instruments, implants, and OT equipment.
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing teams.
• Manage OT inventory, consumables, and documentation.
• Ensure patient safety and smooth OT operations.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Operation Theatre Technology or related field.
• 3–10 years of OT experience.
• Must have substantial experience assisting in Plastic Surgery procedures.
• Strong understanding of OT protocols, sterilization, and surgical instruments.
• Ability to handle elective and emergency cases.

Candidates with dedicated Plastic Surgery OT experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
