Quality Assurance Analyst II - IN
Perform QC/QA review of communications by sampling delivered communications, and review the content to ensure it was displayed correctly, and that all required information is included.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance of the Document Management & Control (DMC) Team processes who provide regulatory and transactional communications to participants.
- Manage assigned sample of cases to review and report findings, maintaining specified production/ efficiency metrics to ensure consistent and reliable service quality metrics
- Assist the development and updating of SOPs and Standard Work for lines of business in (business unit)
Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred
