Distribution Manager Company: Punjab National Bank MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd. Location: Contai Branch, Purba Medinipur, West Bengal Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Job Overview Punjab National Bank MetLife is looking for enthusiastic, result-oriented, and career-focused individuals for the position of Distribution Manager.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in the life insurance industry through customer relationship management, business development, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, and support Insurance Advisors. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Drive business development and branch growth. Guide customers with suitable financial protection solutions. Conduct interviews, onboarding, and advisor development activities.
Deliver quality customer service and maintain proper documentation. Participate in company training and development programs.
Eligibility Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates are preferred but not mandatory.)
Age 21 years or above Good communication and interpersonal skills. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
