Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent from initial outreach to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines with candidates.
• Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 100+ LinkedIn connections with an active LinkedIn profile.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Shine, or other job portals.
• Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Any Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate) is eligible to apply.
• 0–1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
