We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with strong experience in the Travel & Tourism industry to manage day-to-day travel operations and ensure smooth execution of customer trips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide the Operations and Reservation Executives
• Monitor all confirmed bookings and ensure timely execution
• Coordinate with hotels, vendors, transport providers and other travel partners
• Ensure timely issuance of vouchers, confirmations and travel documents
• Handle customer and operational escalations effectively
• Develop and implement operational SOPs and processes
• Monitor service quality and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Coordinate closely with Sales, KAM and Finance teams
• Track pending payments, refunds, cancellations and related issues
• Ensure smooth coordination and execution of complete customer trips
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements for better efficiency
• Monitor team performance and ensure operational deadlines are met

Candidate Requirements:

5–8 years of experience in Travel & Tourism / Tour & Travel operations
Strong experience in travel operations, reservations and booking management
Good knowledge of hotel/vendor coordination
Experience handling customer escalations
Strong team management and coordination skills
Good understanding of cancellations, refunds and payment follow-ups
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
