Executive Assistant / Founder's Associate (Luxury Travel)

• Location: Remote, anywhere in India

Your adventure with us

One morning you're building a sheet that makes sense of twenty options. That evening you're helping a family on the other side of the world. No two days are the same, and you'll learn every part of how a luxury travel business runs.

We hire for personality and train for skill. We're looking for someone who is excited to work alongside the founder, wants to learn something new every day, and is detail-oriented, hungry for more, and flexible with both timings and tasks.

What you'll be part of

• Coordinating bookings, confirmations, visas, flights and transfers with our partners and suppliers
• Building real relationships with our partners (tour companies, DMCS, hotels, etc.) around the world - you are confident
• Talking with clients warmly and clearly, by email, phone and WhatsApp
• Handling changes and special requests quickly and accurately
• Supporting journeys while families are travelling, including when plans change
• Keeping trackers, payments and timelines organised in Google Sheets and Docs
• Saying yes to whatever the day brings, small or big
• Researching destinations, lodges and experiences most people have never heard of
• Preparing itineraries, quotes and travel documents

• You're excited to work closely with a founder and learn every single day
• You're detail-oriented. You notice what others miss, and check names, dates and numbers twice before you press send
• You're hungry for more: more to learn, more responsibility, more of the world
• You're flexible with timings. Our clients travel across time zones, and journeys don't keep office hours
• You're flexible with tasks, happy to go from a spreadsheet to a client call to a research deep dive in one day
• You write and speak excellent English, and your emails are clear, warm and mistake-free
• You speak Tamil (a real plus)
• Travel lights you up, and you're endlessly curious about the world
• You're confident with people and know how to make a client feel looked after
• You're comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs and email
• You know how to keep a confidence

Experience

Experience in travel, tourism or hospitality is a huge plus. Beginners are welcome too. Everyone joins with a training period, so you'll learn how we work before you take the lead on anything.
