LOOKING FOR

Passionate individuals who are enthusiastic about the travel industry and can handle Travel Operations with creativity, communication, and attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with clients, understand their travel needs, answer inquiries, and provide recommendations.

• Create customized itineraries according to client preferences and budgets.

• Coordinate with suppliers via email and phone to request quotations.

• Finalize package vouchers for flights, hotels, transfers, and activities.

• Maintain records and basic accounting.

• Utilize MS Excel to track travel data and optimize operations.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• English Proficiency (Spoken & Written)

• MS Office Suite (Excel & Word)

• Travel Itinerary Planning

• Canva Knowledge

• Research Skills using AI Tools like ChatGPT & Gemini

• Passion for Travel

WORKING HOURS

8 Hours a Day

6 Days a Week

COMPENSATION

₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per Month (Fixed)
