Job Summary

District 6 Pub Brewery & Kitchen is seeking an experienced General Manager with a mandatory background in Microbrewery operations. Candidates must have worked in a reputed microbrewery and possess strong expertise in managing end-to-end operations, driving revenue, leading large teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete operations of the microbrewery, restaurant, and bar.
• Drive sales, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Lead and manage department heads and operational teams.
• Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Monitor food cost, beverage cost, labour cost, inventory, and wastage.
• Prepare and manage budgets, P&L, and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, Excise, Fire & Safety, Labour Laws, and all statutory requirements.
• Oversee brewery operations in coordination with the Brewmaster to ensure quality standards.
• Develop SOPs and maintain operational excellence across all departments.
• Handle vendor management, procurement, and cost optimization.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate employees to build high-performing teams.
• Plan promotions and events to maximize revenue and guest engagement.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 7–10+ years of experience in the Hospitality Industry.
• Must have at least 3–5 years of experience as a General Manager in a Microbrewery.
• Only candidates with Microbrewery experience will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of brewery operations, bar operations, restaurant management, financial controls, budgeting, inventory management, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage large operational teams and drive business growth.
