Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Transfer Pricing Consultant for a 3-month contractual assignment based in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in transfer pricing regulations, documentation, benchmarking studies, and compliance requirements. The role involves supporting transfer pricing engagements, advising clients on TP-related matters, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute transfer pricing assignments and advisory engagements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain transfer pricing documentation in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Conduct economic and financial analyses, including benchmarking studies.
• Analyze international and related-party transactions for transfer pricing compliance.
• Support clients in meeting transfer pricing regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Assist in transfer pricing assessments, audits, and litigation support, where required.
• Research transfer pricing regulations, tax laws, and industry developments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to gather and analyze relevant financial information.
• Provide practical recommendations on transfer pricing matters and risk mitigation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 4+ years of post-qualification experience in Transfer Pricing.
• Strong understanding of Indian and international transfer pricing regulations.
• Hands-on experience in transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, and economic analysis.
• Experience handling cross-border transactions and related-party arrangements.
• Knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and Indian TP regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working with consulting firms, Big 4 firms, or corporate tax teams.
• Ability to manage assignments independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Immediate joiners or professionals available for short-term assignments will be preferred.
