The Assistant Manager supports the Manager in overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and helping achieve business goals. They act as a leader, problem-solver, and point of contact when the Manager is unavailable. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing day-to-day business operations. Supervise, train, and motivate employees. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback. Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues. Help develop and implement operational procedures and policies. Support scheduling, staffing, and workforce management. Track inventory, supplies, and equipment as needed. Prepare reports on sales, productivity, and operational performance. Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements. Step in for the Manager during absences or peak periods. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
