We are looking for a detail-oriented Payment Posting Executive with experience in
healthcare RCM to accurately post insurance and patient payments, reconcile
accounts, identify denials/underpayments, and ensure timely revenue processing.
The candidate should have good knowledge of EOBs, ERA processing, insurance
guidelines, and payment reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Post insurance payments, patient payments, and adjustments accurately into billing software. (ECW)
• Review and interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ERAs (Electronic Remittance Advice).
• Reconcile daily deposits and payment batches.
• Identify denials, short payments, and zero payments for further action.
• Process contractual adjustments, write-offs, refunds, and recoupments.
• Ensure TAT and productivity targets are achieved.
• Coordinate with AR and billing teams for unresolved claims/payment issues.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
• Analyze trends in denials and payment variances.
• Handle secondary claims and crossover claims when applicable.
• Work on aging reports and payment discrepancy reports.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of US Healthcare RCM processes.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and email handling skills.
• Ability to work in spreadsheets and billing tools.

Experience
3-5 years in Healthcare Payment Posting / Medical Billing.
Experience in Gastroenterology specialty preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
