We Are Hiring | US IT Recruiter (Fresher – 1 Year Experience)
We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals who want to start or grow their career in the US IT Staffing industry. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment, this opportunity is for you!
Role: US IT Recruiter
Location: Remote (Pan India)
Shift: US Shift / Night Shift
Experience: Fresher – 1 Year
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for US IT positions
- Work on job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Dice
- Review resumes and match candidates with job requirements
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipeline in ATS systems
- Build strong relationships with candidates
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT technologies is a plus
- Willingness to work in US shift
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
