We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Associate to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations within the US Healthcare sector, specifically focusing on Telehealth services. This is an in-office role that requires working directly during US business hours to ensure seamless coordination with our international team and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medical Billing Management: Oversee the end-to-end medical billing process, ensuring accuracy in claims submission, payment posting, and denial management.
• Telehealth Specialization: Apply specific knowledge of US Telehealth billing codes, regulations, and reimbursement policies to maximize revenue cycle efficiency.
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on unpaid claims with US-based insurance providers.
• Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate records of transactions and prepare weekly/monthly financial reports for the management team.
• Compliance: Ensure all billing practices adhere to HIPAA regulations and US healthcare standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in US Medical Billing.
• Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in the US Telehealth process and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Excel, G-suite.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (necessary for coordinating with US entities).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
