Role description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, validate, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for telecom applications.
• Analyze large-scale network, OSS/BSS, customer, and performance datasets to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Build predictive analytics solutions for:
  • Network fault prediction
  • Capacity planning
  • Traffic forecasting
  • Churn prediction
  • Customer experience management
  • Revenue assurance
• Design AI-based solutions for network automation and self-healing networks.
• Implement anomaly detection models to identify network degradations and service issues.
• Develop data pipelines and feature engineering processes for ML model training.
• Collaborate with telecom domain experts to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and scalability.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
