Mathematics/ Science NEET Faculty (XI & XII / Foundation CBSE IX & X)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Mathematics/Science Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong subject expertise in Mathematics/Science and a proven ability to teach students of Classes 11th and 12th, along with Foundation Mathematics/Science for Classes 9th and 10th CBSE. The candidate should be passionate about teaching, capable of simplifying complex concepts, and committed to helping students achieve academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching

• Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics/Science classes for Classes 11th and 12th.
• Teach Foundation Mathematics/Science for Classes 9th and 10th CBSE, strengthening students' conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Create a positive and interactive classroom environment that encourages learning and participation.

Curriculum Planning & Content Development

• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, worksheets, assignments, and practice tests aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
• Develop question banks and assessment materials to support student learning and exam preparation.

Student Mentorship

• Provide individual attention and academic guidance to students.
• Identify learning gaps and offer remedial support where necessary.
• Motivate students to build confidence and develop strong mathematical aptitude.

Performance Monitoring

• Conduct regular tests, assessments, and evaluations.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

Doubt-Clearing Sessions

• Conduct dedicated doubt-solving sessions to ensure thorough understanding of concepts and problem-solving techniques.

Collaboration

• Work closely with fellow faculty members and academic coordinators to enhance teaching quality and student outcomes.
• Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and curriculum planning activities.

Qualifications

Education

• M.Sc. in Mathematics/Science.

Experience

• 3–4 years of teaching experience in CBSE Mathematics/Science for Classes 9th–12th.
• Experience in handling Foundation Mathematics/Science programs will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong command over CBSE Mathematics/Science curriculum.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and classroom management skills.
• Proficiency in preparing assessments and evaluating student performance.
