EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSEssential
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in a recognized school.

- or equivalent educational leadership position.
Preferred

School Administration
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the school.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct.
- Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Maintain institutional records and documentation.
- Implement school policies and procedures.
Staff Development
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate staff.
- Organize professional development programmes.
- Foster teamwork and positive workplace culture.
- Ensure accountability and performance standards.
Student Welfare
- Promote holistic development of students.
- Ensure child safety and safeguarding.
- Support counselling and career guidance initiatives.
