Position: CRM Executive (Part-Time)

Employment Type: Part-Time

Work Location: Work From Home

  • 2 Days of Training at Hyderabad or Visakhapatnam Office

This is not a sales position. The role focuses on customer relationship management, promotional activities, and execution of government schemes.

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated CRM Executives to support a government project through customer relationship management, promotional activities, and execution. This role involves interacting with beneficiaries, maintaining accurate records, updating CRM systems, and ensuring smooth communication. This is not a sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and communicate with customers/beneficiaries through phone calls and other communication channels.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
  • Assist in promoting and executing government schemes and initiatives.
  • Address customer queries and provide appropriate information.
  • Follow up with customers as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth process execution.
  • Maintain daily work reports and achieve assigned productivity targets.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality while handling customer information.
  • Work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

Education Qualification:

  • ITI, Diploma, Any Degree, B.Tech
  • Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) is mandatory.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Good verbal communication in English and the local language.
  • Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
