Hiring: Senior US Tele Calling Outbound - WFH - Night Shift

Work mode: Permanent work from home from India with verified setup. Zirakpur/Tricity preferred. All India allowed only for exceptional candidates with strong English and reliable WFH proof.

Salary: Starting INR 35,000 fixed per month. Higher fixed salary up to INR 70,000 may be considered for proven senior candidates. Incentives may apply for quality appointments, attended appointments/tours, conversion contribution, CRM accuracy, reliability, and low no-show/fraud risk.

This is not casual WFH customer support. This is a Senior US Sales outbound calling role. The work is approximately 80 percent outbound cold/warm US lead calling, 10 percent inbound calls, and 10 percent CRM/admin.

You will call US-based prospective students, patients, or clients, build trust quickly, qualify needs, handle objections, book appointments or campus tours, follow up, and update CRM accurately. You must be comfortable with sales targets, appointment targets, conversion pressure, live monitoring, call review, coaching, and performance discipline.

Shift: Permanent India night shift aligned to US business windows, approximately 9:30 PM / 10:30 PM IST to 6:30 AM / 7:30 AM IST depending on campaign. 6 days per week. Weekends may be required.

Apply only if you have:

• Minimum 2+ years of US outbound calling, appointment setting, sales calling, admissions calling, BPO outbound calling, or similar US lead conversion experience.
• Excellent spoken English for US customers: clear, confident, concise, low filler words, good vocabulary, and neutral US-friendly communication.
• Experience with targets or KPIs such as calls per day, appointments booked, show-up rate, conversion, sales, quality, or CRM accuracy.
• Ability to work permanent US night shift from India and six days per week.
• Own laptop/desktop, stable broadband, backup internet, power backup, headset with mic, quiet room, and proper desk setup.
• Work shift: 10:30 PM IST to 6:30 AM / 7:30 AM IST. 6 days per week.
• CRM/data-entry discipline and ability to update notes, statuses, next actions, appointment times, and follow-up tasks accurately.
• Self-learning ability to learn client process, script, CRM, and AI tools without repeated basic reminders.
• Ability to handle rejection, pressure, correction, monitoring, feedback, and performance review without excuses.

Preferred:

• Healthcare, dental, medical office, admissions, training institute, insurance, patient coordination, or appointment-setting experience.
• 3+ years US outbound calling experience.
• Prior WFH night-shift experience with proof of reliability.
• Zirakpur, Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, or nearby Tricity location.

Do not apply if:

• You do not have at least 2 years of US outbound calling or appointment-setting experience.
• Your experience is only back office, data entry, analyst, logistics, dispatch, teaching, technical support, fresher work, or generic customer support without outbound sales/appointment calling.
• You are looking for easy WFH income.
• You cannot work permanent night shift consistently.
• You cannot show proof of laptop, internet, power backup, quiet room, desk, and headset.
• You cannot handle sales targets, conversion pressure, monitoring, and performance feedback.
