You Are:

The Workday HCM/HRIS Consultant is a key member of our Workday AMS support team responsible for the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of customer Workday production systems. You will play an integral role in supporting post-production environments, resolving functional issues, and enabling continuous improvement by leveraging your HRIS expertise to maximize business value.

The Opportunity:
  • Partner with customer teams to support Workday production systems by resolving functional and configuration issues, ensuring data integrity, and driving process efficiencies
  • Manage and support Workday modules, including participation in semi-annual release upgrades and deployment of new features
  • Provide Workday functional expertise across modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Performance/Talent, and Reporting
  • Support transactional and operational activities, including security administration and data loads via EIBs
  • Create test scripts, document test scenarios, and perform testing during system upgrades and new functionality rollouts
  • Collaborate with global teams (India, Australia, Malaysia) to support customer engagements and enhance service delivery
What you need:
  • At least 3+ years of Workday experience in a customer-facing AMS or post-production support role
  • Strong experience or certifications in at least two or more of the following modules: Core HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, or Performance/Talent
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into Workday solutions, including testing and validation
  • Proven configuration skills to implement new functionality, enhance existing features, and develop custom reports or simple integrations
  • Experience working with offshore/global teams and ability to support across multiple time zones
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution and continuous improvement
  • Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction while effectively managing expectations
  • Willingness to attend early morning or late evening calls to collaborate with global stakeholders
