About the Role

We are looking for a talented UX Writer to join Adobe’s product/content team and help create clear, intuitive, and engaging experiences across Adobe Acrobat / Document Cloud.

You will work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Legal, and Marketing teams to develop product content that helps users understand, navigate, and get value from digital document experiences.

This role is focused on UX writing and product content, not traditional technical writing, documentation, or content marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create clear, concise, and user-friendly UX copy and microcopy across product experiences.
  • Write content for user flows, onboarding, tooltips, error messages, empty states, dialogs, notifications, CTAs, and in-product guidance.
  • Partner closely with UX Design and Product teams from concept through launch.
  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with product goals, user needs, engagement, adoption, and retention.
  • Contribute to product-led growth and experimentation, using user feedback, product data, and testing to improve content and user journeys.
  • Work on experiences involving Generative AI and emerging AI-powered product features.
  • Conduct content reviews, identify usability issues, and recommend improvements to product experiences.
  • Build and maintain content patterns, guidelines, terminology, and content systems to ensure consistency across products.
  • Collaborate with User Research, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality product experiences.
  • Ensure content follows accessibility, inclusivity, clarity, and localization/internationalization best practices.
  • Present and communicate content recommendations and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, Product Content, or UX Content Strategy.
  • Strong hands-on experience writing in-product UX content and microcopy.
  • Strong understanding of user journeys, content strategy, and product experience design.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Researchers, and Engineers.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, A/B testing, experimentation, or product analytics.
  • Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive content practices.
  • Experience working with tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, or similar product/design collaboration tools.

Good to Have

  • Experience working on AI / Generative AI / conversational experiences.
  • Experience with document management, productivity, SaaS, or enterprise software products.
  • Experience working on large-scale or globally distributed products.
  • Knowledge of localization and internationalization.
  • Experience working with established content/design systems.
  • Experience with a mature or widely used consumer/enterprise product.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
