Job Description / Job Responsibilities:

Position Overview

We are looking for a confident and proactive Medical Representative to build and manage relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare partners across Delhi NCR.

This is a field-based role for someone who enjoys meeting people, travelling across the city, and creating strong healthcare referral partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare centers across Delhi NCR

• Conduct regular field visits to maintain strong professional relationships
• Represent the company during in-person meetings and discussions

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals

• Connect with doctors, clinic owners, and hospital teams
• Develop long-term referral partnerships

Schedule follow-up visits and maintain communication

• Ensure regular interaction with healthcare partners
• Coordinate timely follow-ups and updates

Generate patient leads and coordinate internally

• Work closely with health coaches and internal teams
• Support lead conversion and patient onboarding

Maintain reporting and tracking

• Track daily visits, follow-ups, closures, and partner updates
• Submit regular activity and performance reports

Required Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident in conversations and relationship-building

Comfortable with field travel across Delhi NCR

• Willing to travel daily for meetings and visits

Professional and confident personality

• Comfortable meeting doctors, clinic owners, and hospital management

Target-oriented and disciplined

• Ability to manage follow-ups and achieve business goals

Relevant experience preferred

• Background in healthcare, sales, field marketing, or relationship management is an advantage

Own vehicle preferred

Minimum Experience:

5-7 Years

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
