Position: Retail Sales Associate (RSA)
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-roll)

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in selecting products.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable options.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers.
  • Handle billing, order processing, and customer queries.
  • Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and inventory.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
