Job Title: TEAM LEADER (Software Developer / PHP - LARAVEL)

Location - VERVE LOGIC LLC , 5D, near Punjab Kesari, opposite Regional Transport Office, Jhalana Institutional Area, Jhalana Doongri, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302004.

Experience: Proven track record in performance Software Development with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in SERVICE BASED INDUSTRY.
Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of PHP & Laravel developers, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and technical problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and meet business objectives.
  • Project Management:
  • Take ownership of project timelines and deadlines, ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions on schedule.
  • Work closely with project managers to define project scope, requirements, and priorities.
  • Code Development:
  • Actively participate in hands-on development using PHP and Laravel to contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
  • Implement best coding practices, design patterns, and ensure code quality and security.
  • Architecture and Design:
  • Contribute to the architectural decisions for projects, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, providing updates on projects and addressing challenges.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure the delivery of bug-free and high-quality software.
  • Technology Evaluation:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for technology adoption and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a PHP & Laravel developer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role.
  • In-depth knowledge of PHP, Laravel, and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Vue.js.
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and architecture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Worked on Multiple Projects / Clients.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other PHP frameworks (e.g., Symfony, CodeIgniter).
  • Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
