We are a fast-growing digital agency focused on helping clients connect with the audiences and build their brands better. We are looking to bring on a dedicated content owner to build our brand presence from the ground up.

The Role

This is not a typical Social Media Management role where you just design graphics on Canva and schedule posts. We are looking for someone to take complete ownership of our Instagram content engine.

Think of yourself as the Owner of the Content Function. We aren't looking for someone with a massive personal follower count; we are looking for someone who genuinely understands audience psychology—what makes people stop scrolling, what drives shares, why some Reels perform while others flop, and how to consistently create engaging content.

You will be creating content yourself, but the founding team will be right there in the trenches with you—actively contributing to shoots, ideas, and execution. However, the ultimate responsibility for the content calendar, pipeline, and page growth sits with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Pipeline: Ensure our goal of 15 strategic Reels per month is met (planned, created, reviewed, and published).
• Ideation & Strategy: Come up with strong content ideas, viral hooks, and creative formats.
• Analyze & Optimize: Dive into analytics to understand retention graphs, what’s working, what’s not, and pivot accordingly.
• Trend Identification: Spot audio trends, editing styles, and content formats before they peak.
• Collaborative Execution: Coordinate with the 4 founders to shoot and assemble Reels. (Execution is flexible: some shot by you, some by us, some collaboratively).
• Drive Growth: Take full accountability for the overall direction, quality, and growth of the Instagram page.

• Psychology-Driven: You understand that deep engagement, shares, and watch-time matter far more than just "pretty aesthetics."
• Self-Starter: You don't wait for a to-do list. You proactively manage the content calendar and push the team to hit publishing goals.
• Ambitious: You want to become an exceptional content creator and learn how to build a brand from zero to one with significant creative freedom.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Stipend: ₹15,000/month for the first 3 months.
• Performance Scaling: As you demonstrate ownership and deliver results, your compensation will increase to ₹20,000–₹25,000/month.
• Remote Work: Work from anywhere.
