- Inbound Calls: Handling incoming queries, complaints, and providing solutions regarding products.
- Sales & Promotion: Convincing customers to purchase products or services to meet sales quotas.
- Database Management: Recording details of calls, updating contact information, and maintaining customer records.
- Following Scripts: Utilizing company scripts to ensure consistent messaging while adapting communication styles.
