Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers
• Manage front office and customer enquiries
• Coordinate customers with showroom executives
• Conduct customer follow-ups and collect feedback
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the showroom visit
• Maintain customer records and support internal coordination

Requirements:

• Graduate preferred
• Freshers can apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service mindset and professional attitude
• Basic MS Office knowledge
