Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive Location:

Indore / Bhopal / Sehore (On-site)

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, generating leads, and guiding candidates/customers through our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 50–100 calls per day to potential candidates/customers
• Explain company services clearly (job opportunities / consultancy services)
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Maintain proper follow-up with interested candidates
• Update call records and lead status in CRM/Excel
• Convert leads into paid registrations / appointments
• Build strong relationships with clients over calls

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
• Confident and persuasive speaking ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Freshers & experienced both can apply
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000/month (based on performance)

• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Qualification:

• Minimum 10th Pass
