Ayushman Diagnostic & Imaging Centre is looking for a skilled and dedicated Lab Technician to join our diagnostic team.

Job Details

  • Position: Lab Technician
  • Experience: 2–4 Years
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Department: Laboratory / Diagnostics
  • Location: Dwarka, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests as per established protocols.
  • Collect, label, process, and maintain patient samples accurately.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate recording and reporting of test results.
  • Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and quality-control procedures.
  • Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals when required.
  • Assist in internal quality checks and audits.

Required Qualifications

  • DMLT / B.Sc. MLT / B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent qualification.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in a diagnostic centre, hospital, or clinical laboratory.
  • Good knowledge of laboratory procedures, sample handling, and testing techniques.
  • Knowledge of quality control, SOPs, and laboratory safety practices.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced diagnostic environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with automated laboratory analyzers.
  • Knowledge of NABL/quality management procedures will be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good patient-handling and professional communication skills.
  • Salary Rang : 15000 - 30000
