Web Designer jobs in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

UI/UX Designer — Full-Time | Hybrid | Bhopal

At Flowdojo, design is not decoration — it’s how we think, build, and win. We are a young, ambitious studio obsessed with creating work that stands out, works beautifully, and earns recognition on global stages. Our vision is simple and demanding: do award-winning work that pushes creative boundaries while solving real problems.

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who is curious, bold, and deeply committed to craft. Someone who cares about users, sweats the details, and believes great design is a competitive advantage. If you want your work to matter — and to be seen — this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

• Translate ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
• Design intuitive, elegant experiences across web and digital platforms
• Collaborate closely with developers to turn concepts into polished, functional products
• Present ideas with clarity and confidence to internal teams and stakeholders
• Iterate relentlessly — refine, improve, and raise the bar with every version
• Stay sharp on design trends, tools, and best practices, then push beyond them

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design or Visual Design
• Strong command of tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator
• Solid grounding in user-centered design principles
• A sharp eye for detail
• Clear communication skills and kind nature
• A portfolio that shows your creativity

Life at Flowdojo

• A young, driven team that values ideas over hierarchy
• A culture built on ownership, honesty, and creative excellence
• Space to experiment, fail fast, and grow faster
• Work that aims higher than “good enough” — we’re here to be remembered
• Hybrid work setup with a collaborative base in Bhopal
• Competitive monthly salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000, based on skill and impact

If you believe design should challenge conventions, elevate brands, and win recognition — you’ll feel at home here.
