Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled, design-literate Creative Front-End Developer to join our technical and creative team. In this role, you will be the bridge between static design systems and fully interactive digital ecosystems.

You aren't just a traditional developer who builds layouts from a spreadsheet; you have a deep appreciation for typography, whitespace, and micro-interactions. You will be responsible for bringing complex brand identities, luxury minimalist layouts, and smooth motion design to life on the web. Key Responsibilities1. High-Fidelity UI Implementation

• Translate complex, high-fidelity Figma designs into semantic, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Maintain a strict eye for detail, ensuring that spacing, font kerning, glassmorphic UI elements, and layout grids exactly mirror the design intent.
• Build with a "mobile-first" and performance-optimized mindset, ensuring luxury web experiences load flawlessly on any device.

2. Motion Design & Interactive Engineering

• Implement advanced, fluid web animations and custom scroll behaviors using modern animation libraries (such as GSAP/GreenSock, ScrollTrigger, and Lottie).
• Collaborate closely with Motion Graphic Designers to translate custom animatics into interactive UI micro-interactions, canvas elements, or smooth page transitions.
• Ensure all animations are hardware-accelerated, efficient, and do not compromise web accessibility (WCAG compliance) or page speed metrics.

3. Architecture, Systems & Database Integration

• Maintain and expand component libraries, clean design systems, and reusable utility classes (using modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS).
• Build and manage database-driven project workflows, inventory trackers, or client portals utilizing lightweight, structured relational backends (e.g., custom PHP/MySQL modules).
• Implement clean version control (Git) workflows, ensuring seamless project handoffs and clean, commented ES6+ documentation.

4. Technical Strategy & Collaboration

• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to advise designers and project managers on technical feasibility, scope, and optimal web animation strategies early in the design cycle.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed, SEO health, scalability, and robust security standards.
• Handle domain configuration, server hosting environments, and deployment pipelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Interactive Media, or a related technical/creative field (or equivalent proven practical experience).
• Experience: 3–5+ years of professional front-end or creative engineering experience, preferably within a branding agency, digital design studio, or design-forward tech company.
• Portfolio: A portfolio of live websites demonstrating exceptional visual layout execution, robust responsive behavior, and smooth, intent-driven web animations (GSAP work is highly valued).
• Technical Skill Mastery:
• Expert proficiency in modern HTML5, semantic markup, and ES6+ JavaScript.
• Mastery of CSS modern features and utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
• Production-level experience with production animation libraries, specifically GSAP (GreenSock) and its plugin ecosystem.
• Solid working knowledge of relational database management, specifically PHP and MySQL for building custom internal platforms or lightweight CMS features.
• Fluent in design handoff workflows within Figma (extracting assets, analyzing layouts, and reading design tokens).
• Familiarity with modern asset optimization formats (WebP, SVG, Lottie/JSON, video compression standards).

Soft Skills & Core Competencies

• Design Literacy: You have an innate aesthetic sense. You notice if an element is off by 2 pixels, if a font weight changed incorrectly, or if an easing curve feels unnatural.
• Clean-Code Advocate: You write code that is as beautiful and organized on the inside as the UI is on the outside—meaningful comments, structured files, and zero technical debt.
• Proactive Problem Solver: When a complex animation concept seems technically impossible at first glance, you enjoy researching and engineering elegant, high-performance workarounds.
• Excellent Communicator: Ability to explain technical constraints, loading implications, or performance tradeoffs clearly to non-technical designers and clients.
