1. Regular inspection and timely servicing of electrical, plumbing, RO, AC, geyser, appliances, etc.

2. Ensure resident/warden complaints are attended and closed within defined timelines.

3. Immediate response to critical maintenance issues and minimise downtime.

4. Coordinate with vendors/technicians and monitor quality, cost and timely completion.

5. Ensure rooms, common areas, washrooms and facilities remain safe and functional.

6. Maintain proper stock of spares, tools and maintenance materials.

7. Avoid unnecessary repair expenses and ensure proper approval before major spending.

8. Submit daily maintenance status, pending complaints, major breakdowns and expenses.

9. Report structural/electrical/fire-safety concerns immediately and support required inspections.

10. Maintain maintenance records, AMC schedules, service reports and complaint closure records.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
