About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance WordPress Developer to support the development, customization, maintenance, and optimization of our WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in WordPress development and be able to work closely with the marketing team to create high-performing, responsive, and SEO-friendly websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
• Build responsive, user-friendly, and mobile-optimized web pages.
• Customize themes and plugins based on business requirements.
• Create and manage landing pages for marketing campaigns.
• Ensure website speed, performance, and security optimization.
• Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and plugin conflicts.
• Manage website backups, updates, and version control.
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, forms, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
• Optimize websites for SEO best practices and Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement new features, improve user experience, and support ongoing campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
• Strong proficiency in WordPress CMS, including custom theme and plugin customization.
• Experience with Elementor (or similar page builders).
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with website hosting, domain management, SSL, and website migration.
• Basic understanding of technical SEO and website performance optimization.
• Knowledge of Git/version control is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WooCommerce is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and basic SEO implementation.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions within timelines.

Work Arrangement

• Freelance engagement requiring 2–3 full working days per week from the Addend Analytics office.
• Working from the office is mandatory.
• No work-from-home, weekend work, or assignments outside the scheduled office working hours will be required.
• The freelancer will be assigned work only during the agreed office working days.

Work Location: In person
