Location: Mumbai
Experience: Freshers
Qualification: Life Science Graduates with AHIMA/AAPC Certification
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Review patient medical records and clinical documentation.
- Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and payer-specific requirements.
- Maintain coding quality and productivity standards.
- Identify documentation deficiencies and escalate as required.
- Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives.
- Follow HIPAA regulations and organizational compliance policies.
