Full job description

HoboIdeas is looking for a Junior Video Editor with basic editing skills and at least 4 months of hands-on experience. Candidates with 4–6 months of experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and deliver 10 videos per day according to the assigned briefs.
  • Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other social media videos.
  • Trim and arrange footage, add captions, background music, text overlays and simple transitions.
  • Make basic audio and colour adjustments.
  • Maintain consistent quality and meet daily deadlines.
  • Make revisions based on feedback and organise project files.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 months of hands-on video editing experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora or similar software.
  • Ability to manage a daily target of 10 videos while maintaining quality.
  • Own laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection.
  • Clear communication and ability to follow briefs.
  • Portfolio or 2–3 sample videos.
