Video Content Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Creative Video Editor cum Motion Graphics Artist to join our growing Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in video editing and basic motion graphics. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media storytelling and can transform raw footage into highly engaging short-form and long-form content for platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

Job Summary:

Responsibility Deliverables:

- Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts) and long-form videos for YouTube
- Create highly engaging social media content with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling
- Design and animate motion graphics, including text animations, transitions, lower thirds, and visual elements
- Understand platform-specific formats, trends, and best practices
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to translate ideas into compelling visuals
- Maintain brand consistency across all video outputs
- Manage multiple projects and deliver edits within tight timelines
- Continuously improve content quality based on performance feedback and engagement metrics

Note: This is a full-time role based in Bangalore and will require you to work from the office.

Desired Skills:

- 1–2 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics
- Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, DaVinci) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Solid understanding of social media content dynamics (Hooks, Watch time, Retention)
- Ability to create clean, modern, and engaging motion graphics
- Strong attention to detail, timing, and visual flow
