The Role
We are looking for a highly creative and culturally clued-in Short-Form Video Editor to join our team. Your primary focus will be crafting scroll-stopping Instagram Reels that capture the vibe, flavor, and energy of our restaurant partners. You know how to build a visual narrative in under 30 seconds, understand the anatomy of a perfect hook, and keep audience retention high.
Key Responsibilities
Video Post-Production: Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging short-form content (primarily Instagram Reels) optimized for current algorithm trends.
Audio & Visual Polish: Execute precise color grading to make food and atmospheres look irresistible. Sync cuts to trending audio, manage sound design, and add dynamic text/captions.
Content Strategy: Collaborate on ideation, pitching visual concepts, hooks, and pacing styles that work specifically for the F&B niche.
Workflow Management: Organize raw footage, manage project files, and deliver finalized videos on tight, fast-paced turnaround schedules.
Requirements
Experience: A strong portfolio demonstrating success in editing short-form video content. (Experience specifically with food, restaurant, or lifestyle brands is a massive plus).
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of Instagram's culture, native features, trending audio, and what drives engagement and shares.
