Athma Labs is looking for a hands-on PCB Design Engineer to join our electronics product development team. The role involves working on electronic schematics, PCB design, component selection, and occasional hardware testing and debugging.

We are looking for someone with practical electronics knowledge, a problem-solving mindset, and an interest in building real-world electronic products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic schematics and PCB layouts.
• Perform component selection, footprint verification, and BOM preparation.
• Work on multi-layer PCB design, routing, and design reviews.
• Support PCB assembly, hardware testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare manufacturing files and design documentation.
• Collaborate with the team on electronics product development.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in schematic design and PCB layout.
• Working knowledge of KiCad or similar PCB design tools.
• Good understanding of electronic components, circuits, and PCB manufacturing.
• Ability to read datasheets and select appropriate components.
• Practical approach to hardware testing and troubleshooting.
• Firmware or embedded programming knowledge is an added advantage, but not mandatory.

Compensation

• First 2 months: ₹20,000/month (Probation).
• After probation: ₹30,000/month.
