About the Role

As a Data Annotator at Intellabel, you will play a critical role in building high- quality datasets

that power next-generation AI and Computer Vision models. Your work will directly impact the

accuracy, reliability, and performance of our AI-driven platforms.

This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to start or

grow their career in the AI/ML ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Image Annotation:

Accurately label images using Bounding Box techniques across varied datasets.

• Video Quality Assurance (QA):

Review and validate video annotations to ensure temporal accuracy and object

consistency.

• Data Validation & Audits:

Verify existing annotations against internal quality benchmarks and flag

discrepancies.

• Guideline Compliance:

Strictly follow project-specific SOPs and adapt quickly to evolving workflows.

• Productivity & Accuracy:

Achieve daily and weekly targets while maintaining high accuracy and attention to

detail.

Required Skills & Attributes

• Annotation Knowledge:

Basic understanding of image and video annotation concepts (Bounding Box

preferred).

• Attention to Detail:

Ability to identify subtle visual details and maintain consistency over extended work

periods.

• Analytical Thinking:

Strong judgment to handle ambiguous or edge-case scenarios in data.

• Process Orientation:

Comfortable working within structured workflows and following detailed

instructions.

• Communication:

Basic English proficiency to understand global project guidelines and instructions.Mandatory Shift & Work Requirements

• Rotational Shifts:

This role follows a 365-day operational model. Employees must be willing to work

rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per project requirements.

• Work Environment:

A stable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home are

mandatory.

• Medical Fitness:

Candidates should be medically fit to handle night shifts and prolonged screen time.

Pay: ₹10,862.50 - ₹25,000.00 per month
