About Fursat

Fursat helps Indian families book curated home-stays across Northeast India and the Himalayas. You turn a guest's message into a booking, from home.

What you will do

Reply to guests on WhatsApp and travel apps within 15 minutes.

Check availability, send offers and follow up on a fixed schedule.

Hand over each shift with a short note.

Shifts

Full time, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. Shifts are 12:00 to 20:00 or 16:00 to 24:00, with rotating off days including some weekends. This is a work from home role.

Pay

Rs 10,000 a month for the first 3 months (probation). After a review, Rs 16,000 to 18,000 a month. Plus Rs 300 per confirmed booking, with allowances for weekends and late shifts.

Who we are looking for

Based in Shillong or anywhere in Northeast India.

Clear written English and Hindi (Khasi, Assamese, Bengali or Nepali is a bonus).

Your own laptop, stable broadband with power backup and a quiet space.

A fresher is fine. Knowledge of Northeast travel is a plus.

Able to work evenings and some weekends.

First month

A short paid trial with a day 15 check. We decide after it whether the role stays work from home.
