Gram Shiksha Digital is a mission-driven initiative focused on promoting affordable digital education, short-term skill learning, and career-oriented training programs among students, youth, women, and communities across rural and semi-urban India.

We provide hourly and short-term live learning sessions designed to help people improve their:

• digital skills,
• communication,
• employability,
• career opportunities,
• self-employment abilities,
• and modern technical knowledge.

Position Overview

We are looking for passionate and energetic “Youth Skill Mentors” who can connect with students, schools, coaching institutes, villages, and communities to promote skill-based learning and digital education programs.

The role involves counselling students, building learner communities, mobilizing admissions, creating WhatsApp groups, and motivating youth to participate in affordable learning programs that can help them grow academically, professionally, and financially.

This is a flexible part-time opportunity with attractive earning potential.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counselling & Mobilization

• Connect with students, youth, schools, coaching institutes, and communities.
• Motivate students to join short-term digital and skill-based learning programs.
• Conduct awareness and counselling sessions regarding career growth and future opportunities.

Community Engagement

• Build local learning communities at village, block, and district levels.
• Organize group meetings, awareness sessions, and student interactions.
• Promote the importance of digital learning and modern skills.

Group Creation & Student Management

• Create and manage WhatsApp groups of aspirants and learners.
• Coordinate with students regarding class schedules and program updates.
• Encourage active participation in learning sessions.

Promotion of Programs

Promote training programs related to:

• AI & Digital Skills
• Digital Marketing
• Spoken English
• Video Editing
• Financial Literacy
• Stock Market Basics
• Career Guidance
• Freelancing & Online Earning
• Technical & Computer Skills

Programs are conducted in:

• 1 Hour Sessions
• 2 Hour Workshops
• Short-Term Live Classes

Admission & Enrollment Support

• Help students complete registrations and admissions.
• Guide learners regarding payment and joining procedures.
• Maintain records of student participation and admissions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Good communication and networking skills
• Interest in education and youth empowerment
• Basic smartphone and internet knowledge
• Active on WhatsApp and social media
• Ability to motivate and connect with people
