Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho applications, automation, integrations, and Deluge scripting to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain applications within the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho People, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, etc.).
• Write and optimize Deluge scripts for workflows, automation, and custom functions.
• Build and manage API integrations between Zoho and third-party applications.
• Design custom modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards in Zoho applications.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support for Zoho users.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions.
• Maintain documentation for Zoho configurations, workflows, and integrations.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and best practices in Zoho implementations.

Leadership Opportunities

• Lead and mentor junior developers through reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
• Drive projects end-to-end independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Act as a technical liaison between engineering and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring solutions match business needs.

What Success Looks Like (First 30 Days)

• You understand our Zoho + backend ecosystem and can independently ship improvements.
• You’ve delivered at least one meaningful automation/workflow or backend enhancement.
• You’re actively contributing to reviews, architecture discussions, and process improvements.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of professional as zoho development experience.
• Experience with Zoho products OR proven ability to learn and ship quickly in similar low-code ecosystems.
• Strong communication skills, especially in client or business-facing conversations.
• Ability to work EST hours (5am–2pm EST) consistently.

Work Setup

• Remote (BYOD): You must have a personal laptop/PC and stable internet connection.
• Timezone: EST working hours required.
• Fast-moving, ownership-heavy environment with high autonomy.
