Zoology, Assistant Professor jobs in Kerala

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Zoology to join our academic team. The role involves developing high-quality academic content, reviewing learning materials, resolving subject-related queries, and ensuring accuracy and conceptual clarity across Zoology-related content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review high-quality Zoology academic content for competitive examination and academic programmes.
• Prepare and validate questions, explanations, study materials, and assessment content.
• Ensure scientific accuracy, conceptual clarity, and alignment with the prescribed syllabus.
• Review and edit existing academic materials to maintain quality and consistency.
• Provide detailed solutions and explanations for subject-related questions.
• Collaborate with faculty, academic teams, and content developers to improve learning resources.
• Stay updated with the latest syllabus, examination patterns, and developments in Zoology.
• Identify content gaps and recommend improvements to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Support the academic team in developing question banks, mock tests, worksheets, and other learning resources.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Zoology / Life Sciences or a relevant discipline.
• Strong conceptual knowledge of Zoology.
• Prior experience in academic content development, teaching, subject matter expertise, or competitive exam preparation is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong research, analytical, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and present them in a student-friendly manner.
• Good knowledge of relevant competitive examination syllabi and question patterns.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with NEET / entrance examination-oriented Zoology content will be an added advantage.
• Experience in developing or reviewing academic content, question banks, and assessments is preferred.
