• Overall school administration and day-to-day operational management.
• Staff recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
• School transport management, including route planning, vendor coordination, vehicle records, GPS monitoring, and transport safety compliance.
• Management of School ERP, including student and staff data, admissions, attendance, fee records, report cards, and MIS reports.
• Handling government education portals and compliance, including:
• UDISE+ ,SARAL Portal data entry and updates.
• ZP (Zilla Parishad) related documentation, correspondence, inspections, and compliance.
• Infrastructure and facility management, including maintenance of classrooms, laboratories, library, campus, housekeeping, security, and AMC coordination.
• Coordination with education authorities, auditors, vendors, and statutory bodies.
• Preparation and maintenance of administrative records, policies, and compliance documentation.
• Budget monitoring, procurement, inventory, asset management, and vendor coordination.
• Organizing school events, examinations, meetings, and administrative support for academic activities.
• Ensuring compliance with school policies, safety norms, and statutory requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
