Position/Designation:- Assistant Project Executive

# Experience:- 4-6 years as an Architect with Strong knowledge in Architectural design principles, Construction methods, and Project Management practices, Conceptualization and Planning skills, local building codes, safety standards,

Rules and regulations. Ability to manage multiple projects. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modelling or similar design software.

# Qualification :- Diploma /Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.

# Job Location:- Currently in Kolkata (Staying near Kolkata Location.)

# Skill Required:- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling) BBS and AutoCAD, MS Excel, and report documentation Quantity Estimation

#Method of Selection:- Written/Practical/Interview

# Role & Responsibility:-

1. Analyse architectural plans for high-rise residential projects with focus on market trends and efficient layout planning.

2. Strong clarity on Built-up, Carpet and Super Built-up area calculations and Kolkata Municipal Corporation building rules.

3. Review Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings for accuracy, completeness and construction feasibility before execution.

4. Approve drawings for construction and ensure all revisions are updated and communicated to stakeholders.

5. Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP and landscape consultants for design optimisation.

6. Act as liaison between site team, contractors and external consultants for all design and drawing related queries.

7. Evaluate design changes and implement modifications with minimal impact on cost, time and quality.

8. Collaborate with internal team to develop alternate layouts and improve design efficiency.

9. Prepare quantity estimation from Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings.

10. Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during construction.

11. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards and project specifications. 12. Conduct periodic site visits to verify correct implementation of drawings.

13. Maintain organized documentation and version control of all design drawings and records.

14. Organize coordination meetings, record MOM, track action points and ensure timely closure.

15. Provide regular progress updates to project leadership on design status and changes. 16. Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong attention to detail and quality.

17. Prepare BBS as per Drawings

18. Implementation of BIM in Revit

19. Clash detection among all Drawings in Nivas Work

# Salary:- Upto 45K, depending on experience.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
