Freelancer Vetting Lawyer

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal services related to the verification of original title documents.
  • Verify the genuineness and originality of the documents made available.
  • Prepare and submit a Vetting Report on Maatrum’s platform (access will be provided).
  • Visit the location specified by Maatrum to conduct the verification.
  • Maatrum will send advance requests for each original document verification.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Must be fluent in reading and writing Kannada.
  • Must be enrolled with the Bar Council.
  • LLB/LLM (Bachelor's or Master of Laws).
  • Prior experience in land and real estate property portfolios is preferred.
