How To Write An HR Intern Resume?

Follow these steps to create each section of your HR intern resume:

1. Introduce yourself

At the top of the resume, add your name and contact information, including your email and phone number. To align with the job posting, make sure you indicate your position as HR intern. Use a professional email address that contains your name. Employers can keep track of your application using this information and contact you if they select your resume for further review.

2. Add a compelling professional summary

A professional summary is ideally three sentences, 50 to 80 words long. First, begin with your educational background and other pertinent credentials. Second, if applicable, you can mention previous job-related responsibilities, skills and achievements. Third, you can summarise your objectives and how you can help the organisation. A strong professional summary helps influence the hiring manager to read the rest of your resume and consider you for the position.

3. Include your education and credentials

Organisations may require at least a bachelor's or master's degree in business, human resource management or a similar discipline. They may also consider candidates with specialised credentials in human resources.
