Employment Type: Full-Time (Part time also available)

Compensation

Full-Time: upto ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month

Part Time - Hourly rate as per industry standards.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced RCI-Registered Clinical Psychologist to provide tele-psychology consultations on our digital healthcare platform. The psychologist will work collaboratively with medical doctors and specialists to deliver integrated care for patients experiencing sexual, emotional, and reproductive mental health concerns.

This role offers structured exposure to sexual medicine cases, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the opportunity to work in a fast-growing health-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed psychological assessments via teleconsultation
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy for sexual dysfunction, intimacy concerns, performance anxiety, infertility-related distress, and relationship issues
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using modalities such as CBT, REBT, mindfulness-based therapies, or other evidence-based approaches
  • Maintain accurate and confidential digital case records
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, gynaecologists, and MBBS doctors for integrated case management
  • Offer psychoeducation to patients and couples
  • Participate in internal case discussions, supervision, and continuous professional development programs
  • Ensure strict adherence to ethical guidelines and RCI standards
  • Create psychology related content for the brand's social media platforms.

Eligibility Criteria

  • M.Phil Clinical Psychology / Psy.D from an RCI-recognized institution
  • Valid RCI registration (mandatory)
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification clinical experience
  • Experience in sexual health, couple therapy, or reproductive mental health preferred
  • Strong telecommunication and documentation skills
  • High levels of empathy, professionalism, and ethical commitment
