I worked in 24/7.ai for 5 months on contract basis. It was a good company with good infrastructure, the management is quite weak no one is able to provide correct information and everyone gives different answers. Overall good company with low salary.

I am working in this organization since 9 months and I am literally exhausted. My health is been effected by the night shifts these people keeps mostly graveyard shifts. It sucks me working here. I do not suggest anybody to work here coz you'll waste your daily 8 hours of your life which is precious. And salaries are pretty low as compared to market range there is no fair. Find a job in some other company

give it a try and once you feel you are not feeling good here . just leave it, bcx it is not worth working there, no growth at all , less salary and ot and other benefits diappear

felt frustrated working there, left after 6 months ., they reduce earnings and increase work load, never work for such cheap company, no benefits at all

Not as what I have expected. The stress the pressure the workload the lectures that you have to face. The overtime. Not worth it for the pay. You have to be prepared for it.

A decent stepping stone as a fresher

You make friends of similar mindsets and you'll learn quite a few things while working here. Their training was excellent and the support from the TLs are great, if you're in good terms with them. They do at times make you extend your shift timings but the allowances provided will be meagre. It' a good stepping stone but there are definitely better options out there.

Had a wonderful experience in there. Had a situation in my life. Which made me take off's. So that I have been removed from the job. When wanted to re-join, they didn't accept me in. Even though I accepted my mistake.

Toxic and stressful

I worked as a customer service executive, work is hard and exhausting. Management is poor. I feel they gossip a lot and people form groups, there is always cold war going on. I would not recommend any freshers, if you want a temporary job, go for it.
