Their business is driven from future sales pipeline estimates, which cause uncertainty on on future resource requirements. This leads to a culture of not knowing if there will be a position tomorrow for new staff.

Awful uncaring company.

Only one pay rise in 12 years and only because I vigorously complained.After being with the company for 15 years I got cancer, no one from management or HR ever contacted me to even ask if I was OK. They did not ask if I needed any help or if the cancer affected me in any way.Is this a good company? I will let you make your own mind up…

Productive and fun place to work

Love working for A&O. They are very helpful and are an amazing team with excellent benefits. I learnt a lot and they helped me progress and learn new and Excellent skills.

Varied daily tasks & fun place to work

I worked as a implant within Fujitsu in the Atlas contract for the MOD and I have held Restricted & Secret Security Clearance since February 2019. Unfortunately, Fujitsu has now cancelled the contract with a&o and they were unable to place me anywhere else within the organisation without relocating up north. I enjoyed sorting IT escalations and it was gratifying to have obtained three official plaudits & multiple emails of gratitude in my time there. The team which I was part of was dedicated & I enjoyed working there very much

Fun workplace

Days are never the same, fun people to work with in a close knit environment. Some long working hours Nice offices Listened too management are down to earth

Productive Workplace

Lots of work happining but very little time for fun, staffing numbers are kept to a minimum to keep costs down, on the plus side it's a friendly working enviroment with lots of friendly people

really vibrant company

I had a fantastic experience with AO IT services. my team was fantastic we helped each other out all the time. worked as a great team. big vision company

Not much to advance, Lovely people to work with

The day to day tasking was very much a grind. But the people at AO IT group are a great bunch. They work closely with each other using each others strengths to get the job done. The management are very kind and cater as much as they can to make the job beneficial. The job itself wasn't great and there was hardly any advancement due to the nature of the contract. Still this didn't dissuade me from enjoying my time there despite the tedious nature of the job.

Workplace Enviroment

Great Enviroment to work in people are great. Management are good, it would be more helpful if they could step upto the plate to show more manegeral skill. I have learnt a lot about hown and IT solution company is run. Hardest part of the Job is when you have a quiet period and you get bomarded with additional work and then your original accounts get busy and you have to manage both, this concludes to long stressful hours.The people in the company make it a reat place to work.

productive and fun workplace

fantastic environment to learn, and to build on skills, The culture within i really warm and closed knit, it is a sink or swim type of company. Management are good.

printer engineer

installation of printers. making sure printer was active on the network configuring new IP address training end users how to operate the printers was responsible for fixing and maintenance of printers on site. ability to install hardware on printers

Friendly place of work

Hard working but fun loving company. Lots of different departments working together in an open planned office. Management are firm but fair. Sometimes there are long hours.
