Good product. Bad Management

The product are good. Product is of good quality.price is high but standard of the product is good. Saturday is a holiday. Five day working. But we didn't have any local office. Hence faced lot of difficulty working. Manager quality is pathetic at certain locations. Work ethics is compromised though company is ethical. Dumping and ordering without distributor approval is the norm. Company is good but managers at regional level are doing big damage to the brand and work ethics.

Bad Company for diploma trainee

The Company don't care about giving training to diploma Trainee and they also have poor planning in prodction. Work culture is bad Management is also bad

Par call half hours

I have been working in mixed service centers for the last 5 years and I have a very good expenditure in terms of Ro and Geyser. And my ability to work is also very fast. I arrive at the office on time and talk to the customer well and explain about ro and Geyser.

The job which I selected I thought I can be the best in that and I can get fast development in that same field but I got an experience by watching other they where working from more then 3 to 4 years in that same level so I preferred to change where I can grow up.
