Overly Fast paced and overly competitive environment

It's a good company for freshers to start with, for laterals it may take time to adjust to the environment. The campus is not that great. but manageable.
Do not fall into the shift cycle based job.

Awesome organisation

It was my greatest time period when I was working with ADP.
From the day of induction to my last working day I never felt anything wrong or bad about anything. My manager was very supportive and he gave us the process knowledge in a very easy way.
Colleagues was very helpful.
I just loved the work environment of ADP. Cab facility was fabulous.

Process parties after every 3 months in a five star hotels was just woow
